Remembrance Concert of School Youth and Children Held
Remembrance concert of youth and schoolchildren "Song of Eternal Sun" took place at the Central Youth Hall on July 5 on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the demise of President Kim Il Sung.
The concert started with narration and chorus "Sea of Strong Yearning".
Put on the stage were numbers of diverse genres such as reminiscences-based agitation and song, "Star of Korea", an immortal revolutionary hymn, and female solo "We Live in the Embrace of the Leader".
The performers praised the feats of the President, who embarked on the road of the revolution in his early years, liberated Korea by waging hard-fought anti-Japanese struggle and built the socialist country of Juche where people live in happiness.
The numbers expressed the unshakable will to hold in high esteem the great Generalissimos for all ages and carry forward and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche started in Mt. Paektu, true to the Songun leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
Among the audience were Ri Yong Su, department director of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Yong Nam, first secretary of the C.C., the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, officials concerned and school youth and children in the city of Pyongyang.
