The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, inspected the newly built Mammary Gland Tumor Institute of Pyongyang Maternity Hospital.
He was accompanied by Jang Song Thaek, Kim Ki Nam, Choe Thae Bok, Kim Yang Gon, and Kim Pyong Ho and Pak Chun Hong, vice-department directors of the WPK Central Committee.
He was greeted on the spot by Choe Chang Sik, minister of Public Health, officials of the hospital and commanding officers of the KPA units participating in its construction.
The institute is a modern medical service center for the prevention and treatment of mammary gland diseases and for scientific researches, which was built by the direct instruction of the great Generalissimo Kim Jong Il and the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
The institute makes it possible for the women in the DPRK to fully enjoy the benefit of the socialist public health system.
Going round various places of the institute, Marshal Kim Jong Un acquainted himself in details with its construction, ability and characteristics of the medical instruments and management and operation of the institute.
He expressed his great satisfaction at the institute and gave thanks to the soldier-builders.
